I ordered these flowers for my aunt's birthday after FTD canceled my order at the last minute, saying they were unable to deliver to the location. I'm very grateful to Julie's for the excellent customer service and beautiful floral arrangement. The flowers looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Julieeeeee! I can't say enough good things about her. She worked so well with us and really hyped us up for our big day. I am the type of person that has a million questions and a million concerns. She promptly answered them all, putting my worries to rest each time. I was so worried about how our flowers would turn out because, hey, that's the most important part of the day for most weddings! When I looked out at the reception area as the bridal party was getting ready...it was like Christmas morning: truly magical. I also loved that she was a one stop shop for decorations because she will do flowers, linens, and signage, all in one place! That made planning a lot easier and made it so much better to make sure everything matched. They also took care of setup, breakdown, and even made tinier floral arrangements out of the big ones to hand out to family and everyone else that helped clean up! The attention to detail was incredible. We were so incredibly happy with Julie and her staff and I could not recommend them enough. I only have a few photos from my phone but cannot wait to get professional photos because my phone cannot do them justice! Thank you, Julie!!!
